Who I Am

Reena Giasi

Five years ago I stepped into education for kids, creating experiences as a teacher across schools in The Hague, the Netherlands. From the youngest classes to the oldest. My curiosity about movement and psychology grew into something more: workshops that bring children, parents, school teams, every human being that has a heartbeat closer to themselves, and closer to each other.

Move in Presence is where my work lives now for humans. A playful, experience-led session that builds rest, focus and connection. Through movement, stillness and everything in between.

The Flagship Workshop

Move in Presence

Not another class. Not another therapy. A guided journey into presence.
Just be. Breathe. Observe. By move and play.

Across three unhurried hours, guided movement opens space to notice the feelings, patterns and behaviours shaping this moment of your life. No experience necessary, just a willingness to show up however you feel. You are more than welcome with everything you are. Without words, with comfy clothes and barefoot.

For Curious Minds

Workshops for Kids

Ages 6 to 12. Hands-on sessions built around three pillars:

Art

Creative thinking & making

Every child has their own way of thinking and creating. They explore different materials and techniques to bring it to life in their own unique way.

Investigate, build, experiment

From curious question to working prototype: the children investigate, build, and experiment their own unique way to understanding.

Philosophy

Big questions, young thinkers

Kids never run out of why questions. Here, I give that endless curiosity a place to go. By supporting them to ask, reason, speak and present their own ideas with confidence.

Why WildHearts & OpenMinds

Skills. Presence. Depth. No fluff.

Every session draws on years of experience working with kids and guiding adults. At the core is my belief: that psychology and movement, paired with curiosity and honest conversation, can change how we show up for ourselves, our kids and each other.
